The Mount St. Helens Institute will seek Ecology, Aquatics and Conservation Corps Interns for 2008-2009.  Watch this site for these positions.  Click the links for job descriptions and directions for applying.

Currently Hiring: 

Americorps Position:  Conservation Corps Crew Leader will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing 2009 Conservation Corps projects.  The position is from January to November and includes a monthly living allowance and low cost housing on site. 

Laboratory Internship: Ongoing short term positions (4-16 hours per week over one or several semesters).  Assist with identification, measuring, labeling and archive amphibian voucher specimens.  Also may assist with maintaining and repairing biological sampling equipment. Benefits:  college credit.
